Dr. Vivek Bhore is one of the only four persons in India having PhD in Solar Energy. He started his career with Baja Auto, Pune. He served Maharashtra State Electricity Board as a Junior Engineer for 16 years. His research papers have been published in national and international publication on Solar Energy. In the year 2002 he started his own venture to propagate various equipments based on Solar Energy like solar water heater, solar and LED lights, pumps, etc. He is a consultant for Energy Saving equipments and Certified Energy Auditor.

He has command over the solar energy subject and also its application. He is confident that by 2012 most of the conventional power based applications will be shifted to solar energy based equipments. He is an emerging Nagpurian with the vision for tomorrow’s energy requirements.
